Paul Chichester represents employees over a broad range of employment related issues, including claims of race, gender, age, and disability discrimination, as well as overtime claims, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Paul graduated from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in 2011, where he received a certificate in Advanced Legal Research and Writing and focused his study on employment law and litigation.
While in law school, Paul was a member of the Mercer Advocacy Council Executive Board. He also chaired Mercer's inaugural Ethics and Professionalism Competition, and coached the Wagner National Labor Law moot court team. As a competitor, Paul competed in the finals of the Vale National Corporate Moot Court Competition, arguing before members of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Before attending law school, Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Georgia. As an undergraduate student, Paul was heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity, the Children’s Miracle Network, and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
Paul is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the National Employment Lawyers Association. When not practicing law, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, and participating in triathlons.
